Poster sessions are scheduled at 10:30-10:45 and 13:00-14:45 on 9th January. Please display your poster on the designated board by 10:30. Your presentation number is written in the booklet of the program and abstracts. Please remove the poster by the end of the workshop. The remained poster will be disposed by our staff.

Scope
Neutron scattering research in wide field including strongly correlated electrons, magnetism, soft matter, liquid, instruments, and industrial use will be discussed by Korean and Japanese scientists. Current statuses of neutron science laboratory ISSP, JRR3, J-PARC MLF, and HANARO will be also reported.

We have made reservation of 15 rooms at Kashiwa-campus guesthouse and 30 rooms at Mitsui Garden hotel Kashiwanoha for the nights of 8 to 9 January. The number of the rooms is restricted, and all of the applicant may not be accommodated. We would kindly ask those who are not accommodated to find hotels nearby by yourself.
Payment of the participation fee, the banquet charge, and guesthouse charge can only be made with cash (JPY) at the registration desk.

Travel support for Japanese
Some amount of budget for travel support is prepared for Japanese participants. Please ask T. Masuda more in detail.
